Splash Frog - Website Management System

Splash Frog is a Website Management System application that is a personal project of mine. I started this project back in 2007, after doing a lot of research and testing on different Content Management Systems available today. From Joomla to Wordpress, I tested and sought out what I liked and, more importantly, what I didn't like about each of the systems. I then went on in creating my own CMS, which has grown and evolved into Splash Frog.
Splash Frog utilizes PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript. With some powerful libraries such as Smarty and ADOdb, and the WYSIWYG Editor CK Editor, Splash Frog allows one to maintain a website with ease. I designed the controls to be easy and feel "natural" in administrating a website. I also wanted it to make it easy to expand on the core of the system by the way of modules, and make it easy to install the modules and also update them. I was able to accomplish this by allowing the administration the ability to upload the module package as a .zip file, and the program will unzip the package and do the installation / update of the module. This is just but a very small sample of the power that Splash Frog offers.
NOTE: Due to a lot of time constraint, I have closed the development of Splash Frog starting in May of 2012. Today, I focus on utilizing an extremely powerful CMS system (both utilizing for clients and writing extensions for) called Concrete5.
